Body Trace Collective is a women’s holistic bodywork practice rooted in the connection between mind, body and self.

I believe our bodies carry our stories, and that meaningful bodywork is about more than simply working on the place that hurts. My approach is intuitive and grounded in embodiment, somatic awareness, nervous-system awareness and somatic release.

Through massage and holistic bodywork, I create space to slow down, listen inward and reconnect with your body. Each session is shaped around you and what your body is communicating on the day, drawing from Holistic Pulsing, myofascial release, deep tissue, hot stone and intuitive touch.
